By placing an order with HealthCult you confirm to agree with our terms of service and policies of order management. We do not allow for cancellations of any order once the payment has been made by you.
If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at address, found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items. We will coordinate with the customer / shipping partner to complete the delivery with 1 more attempt. In case of failure even after that, the order will be cancelled automatically and customer will be issued a credit note with a penalty deduction determined by Healthcult. The credit note can be utilized for future purchases on our online store with expiration upto year from the date of issue.
If your parcel is tampered you are advised NOT to accept the parcel and return it to the logistics person at the time of delivery, without opening the packet. Post the receipt of such a parcel at our company headquarters we shall issue a refund. The amount and nature of refund shall be solely determined by the company and it can take upto 15-20 working days for the same to get credited to your account.
Please check the order completeness at the time of receiving the parcel. Any product missing/faulty needs to be reported on pod of the courier company. Please do not accept the shipment if the parcel/product is damaged or incomplete. The same needs to be reported to HealthCult over email on email@example.com. Any damage/missing item reported after acceptance of parcel by customer will not be accepted.
If your order has been dispatched on cash on delivery, please pay the exact amount to delivery person. Any excess amount if paid by you is not payable back by us.
All issues of electronic products needs to be raised with the original equipment manufacturer by presenting them the warranty card shared
We take utmost care with all our products. All the manufacturers we work with are fssai registered. As a marketplace company we are not liable for fault in the food products.For any complaints you are advised to please share the details of exact issue at firstname.lastname@example.org. It would be helpful if you could also share the pictures and/or video of the product with us in that email quoting name of manufacturer, fssai number and batch number mentioned at the back of product. We shall in best of our abilities register your concern with the manufacturing company. We shall also immediately de-list the product/manufacturer if found to be at serious fault, the nature of which will be determined by HealthCult. It is always suggested to check the product and date of manufacturing before consumption. Please return the product to the delivery person if the product or parcel is found at fault. Product once delivered will not be taken back, nor any pick up/replacement will be arranged.
